Villa Zerbi

A Calabrian house of particular historic and artistic interest, it was completely restored in 2002. It has a garden of lush vegetation, divided into short thematic routes, obtaining a harmonious concert of colours and fragrances of immediate visual and olfactory impact.
The charm of its history combined with the enchantment of nature, make it a unique location for the planning of any event: weddings, birthday parties, graduation parties, first communions, confirmations, company conventions and meetings in general.

Space and capacity
Villa Zerbi offers to its guests the interior rooms of the palace, opening on the courtyard and on the tuff terrace which introduces you to the park, characterized by numerous collections of native botanical species which compose an harmonious concert of fragrances for those who love plants and nature.
Additionally, an antique and scenic spring enriches the pool, making it the ideal and undeniably charming photo setting. The Villa ensures the perfect success of your event even in case of rain, thanks to a large gazebo immersed in the green of the natural garden.
The structure can host up to a maximum of 300 people.
